SAHARA foldable dehydrator

Simply set two times and two cooking temperatures in order to maximally adapt to the needs of individual foods. This system allows you to initially start the dehydration process with a higher temperature in order to reach the desired temperature in the chamber faster, and later the system automatically stops it. This system enables faster dehydration in order to preserve precious enzymes as much as possible. Some foods are dehydrated much better at two different temperatures. Food that is quite moist will be cooler than the air around it until it loses most of its moisture. This happens because the evaporation cools the food regardless of the fact that you heat it with hot air. You can optimize the dehydration by setting a higher initial temperature, and then reduce it for the final drying. This speeds up the dehydration process without overheating the food. Sahara automatically performs this process using options to set two different times at two different temperatures.

You can choose between displaying the temperature in Celsius (^oC) or Fahrenheit (^oF). The temperature range is from 30^oC to 74^oC, and you can set each of the two times  strong>up to 99 hours (198 hours in total).
