KoMo Fidibus XL Plus mill

The same as XL model but higher 20 cm offered to consumers expecting everlasting performance and extended heavy use for large-scale kitchens and whole grain enthusiasts.

It uses the same XL mills and 600 W motor designed for aggressive grain feeding with 1200 g hopper which will produce same 200 g per minute of flour at the finest setting. But this time motor is cooled and makes him easy to be operated non-stop for extended periods, even hours at a time.

All dry grains can be ground, including wheat (both hard and soft), oat groats (dehulled oats), rice, triticale, kamut, spelt, buckwheat, barley, rye, millet, teff, quinoa, amaranth, sorghum and dent (field) corn. It will also grind spices, lentils and dry beans (pinto, red, garbanzo, kidney, etc.) It isn’t suitable for herbs, oilseeds like flax or sesame, popcorn, or fibrous materials
