A better way to carry school and everyday weight
BackTpack® School is the core BackTpack model for children, students and adults. Instead of placing the whole load behind the body, it uses two large side compartments - one on each side - to create a more balanced carrying experience. This helps reduce the typical forward-leaning compensation often seen with conventional backpacks.
Balanced side-bag design
The load is divided between the left and right side of the body, keeping daily items organised and easier to access.
For children and adults
Available in two sizes, BackTpack® School fits children from age 6 and many adult users.
Practical school capacity
The side compartments are large enough to fit A4 paper vertically or horizontally, making it practical for school and daily use.
It is not just about weight - it is about where the weight sits
A conventional backpack loads the body from behind. BackTpack® School changes the position of the load by placing everyday items at the sides, closer to the body’s vertical axis. The result is a more controlled carrying feeling, better access while sitting or walking, and a posture-aware alternative for families who want more than a standard school bag.
Organised storage on both sides of the body
BackTpack® School is made for real daily use: books, notebooks, pencil cases, bottles, phone, keys and small personal items. The two-sided layout keeps items accessible and reduces the need to remove the bag every time something is needed.
Large zipped pockets
Each side compartment includes a large zippered pocket for organised storage of school and personal items.
Bottle and phone pockets
Depending on colour version, the bag includes practical bottle and phone pocket layouts for everyday access.
Pen pockets and key clip
Smaller items stay easy to find, with pen pockets inside the compartments and a key attachment point.
Useful when sitting, squatting or travelling
The adjustable LAP-STRAP helps keep the side bags in place and can transfer the weight from the shoulders to the lap while sitting or crouching. This is especially useful in school, public transport, waiting rooms, travel situations and any moment when the bag needs to stay accessible without falling to the floor.
Two sizes for different body frames
Choose size S for children age 6+ and smaller-framed adults. Choose size M for larger body frames and users who need more volume. The M size has approximately 26% more total volume capacity than the S size.
Size S
Recommended for children from age 6, smaller-framed adults, shoulder width below 41 cm and body circumference below 91 cm.
Size M
Recommended for shoulder width above 41 cm and hip circumference above 91 cm, with greater total carrying volume than size S.
Made for everyday movement
BackTpack® School uses crinkle nylon or rip-stop fabric depending on colour version, with padded bottoms and padded side panels against the body for comfort and durability. The padded shoulder straps are secured with an adjustable chest strap to help keep them in place during movement.
