Dr Coffee milk foamer

Dr. Coffee professional milk frother is designed for the daily production of large jugs up to 300 portions of desired milk foam for each dispensing

The frother works with two different milks because it automatically flushes the system before each dispensing. It can make cold and hot milk foam while adjusting the amount, temperature and consistency for each recipe.

It works with heating water in integrated 3-liter boiler that keeps the water at 130-135 C, from which then heats the milk AT THE MOMENT of extraction using hot steam under pressure (the technology of instant foam production on all espresso machines).

Due to this approach, the foamer is automatically maintained by regular cleaning of the channels with hot steam, and at the end of the day it is cleaned like all the others - a 20-minute process with a cleaning agent. It is important to emphasize that in addition to the water inlet and outlet, it must be connected to the water softener.

An additional special feature over other frothers is that it has built-in sensors for detecting an empty container with milk, water instead of milk, and also the input temperature of the milk (if it is not cold).

The device is controlled via an 8-inch touch-sensitive screen with the possibility of completely defining the look and mode of operation for your barmens.

The sliding dispensing unit allows the use of jugs up to 17 cm high (22 cm when the drain grid is removed).
