Vegetables spinner

Vegetable leaves must be dry to take advantage of all the flavors and aromas of the dressing, so that the toppings do not leak with water and end up at the bottom of the plate. The strainer is not enough because the water still manages to stay. But this centrifuge does not drain but dries the vegetables completely.
Washed vegetables are placed in a basket, a lid is placed and the handle is turned in a circular direction; the water that is expelled when turning is deposited in a bucket and the vegetables are dry, ready for the perfect salad.

The versatility of this model allows for other different purposes: the basket can be used as a strainer or a pasta strainer, and the bowl as a nice salad bowl or a practical bowl (lid included).

This centrifuge is made of 18/10 stainless steel (alloy with 18% chromium and 10% nickel, which offers a high level of quality and superior resistance to conventional steel). It offers excellent resistance to corrosion and to acids and salts of food; it is smooth, non-porous and very hygienic material, easy to clean and does not transmit foreign flavors to food. For greater safety when handling, it has a non-slip surface.

This centrifuge has a diameter of 24 cm and a capacity of 4.5 liters.
