IceMaster is a configurable professional beverage chiller available as G40.1, G60 or G80 with 4, 6 or 8 separate stainless-steel product lines. Use it as a water-filled ice-bank chiller or with food-grade propylene glycol for compatible low-temperature circulation projects. Suitable for beer, wine, pre-batched cocktails, cold brew, juices, soft drinks and other smooth beverages.

One platform for many beverage applications

Each model contains separate stainless-steel product coils, allowing several compatible beverages to pass through the same cooling unit without mixing. Use the system for draught beer, cider, wine, pre-batched cocktails, mocktails, cold brew, iced tea, juice and compatible still or carbonated drinks.

Ice-bank operation with water

Fill the reservoir with water and allow ice to form around the evaporator. The stored ice adds cooling reserve during short, intensive service peaks.

Operation with glycol

Use a correctly prepared food-grade propylene-glycol mixture when the installation requires circulation below the freezing point of water. Glycol concentration and operating temperature must be selected for the complete system.

Single pass, double pass and realistic sizing

KegLand publishes a typical capacity of 90 L in the first hour and 35 L in each additional hour. Actual results depend on inlet temperature, target serving temperature, flow rate, ambient conditions and beverage properties. G40.1 and G60 typically reduce product temperature by about 15 °C in one pass.
