CloudMix

CloudMix is a high-capacity automatic cocktail and beverage station with up to 18 ingredient lines plus dedicated water and carbonated-water connections, created for bars, hotels, events and hospitality operators that want speed, recipe consistency and remote control.

The system supports spirits, juices, syrups, concentrates, compatible purees and prebatch bases. Recipes, portions and available drinks can be managed through the cloud platform, while every dispense can be recorded for stronger operational visibility and cost control.

Available as an integrated or modular installation

CloudMix can be configured as a compact integrated station or as a modular version with the dispensing head separated from the technical base. In the modular setup, the base can be positioned up to 3 m away, including below the counter or inside a lower technical area.

This gives designers and operators more freedom to keep the guest-facing counter clean while placing pumps, connections and service components where they are easier to install and maintain.

Cloud recipe and usage control

Recipes can be updated without rebuilding the physical bar setup. Operators can adjust ingredient quantities, drink volumes and availability while using dispense records to understand usage, control costs and improve menu performance.

The combination of 18 ingredient lines, water and soda supports a broad menu from classic cocktails and mocktails to lemonades, spritz-style serves, functional drinks and custom signature recipes.

Clean counter design with hidden technical infrastructure

The modular version allows only the elegant dispensing head to remain visible while the technical base is placed below or away from the main bar. This is particularly valuable in premium interiors, compact counters and projects where service access must be separated from the guest-facing area.

Professional ingredient workflow

Ingredients can be stored in refrigerated under-counter containers or BIB formats, depending on the project. Filtered chilled water and a suitable carbonator create the most complete postmix workflow.

Three selectable pressurised outputs — now including sparkling wine

CloudMix can now be configured with three pressurised outputs selected according to the project. Alongside filtered still water and carbonated water, sparkling wine is available as a new output option at the same system price, opening faster spritz, wine-cocktail and premium aperitivo service without changing the core CloudMix investment.
