Select the NanoScreen that matches your preferred milk texture, from superfine microfoam to a lighter and more traditional foam.

2. Churn

Churn warm milk for approximately 15 seconds. Begin near the centre to introduce air, then move toward the side to blend and refine the foam.

Pour the microfoamed milk over espresso. The texture should feel similar to pouring wet paint, making it suitable for hearts, rosettas and other latte art patterns.
