Three speed for extra performance: 250, 350 or 450 rpm. Gentle cut for soft fruit and vegetables, full speed for hard products such as cabbage, hard cheese or raw vegetables.

Thanks to the adjustable cutting disc (accessory), all slices from 0.5 to 6 mm thick can be cut with a single slice. The extra XL large, round filling cylinder allows the addition of whole heads of cabbage and lettuce, as well as large pieces of cheese, lots of onions, tomatoes, carrots, etc.

A practical stand is optionally available - so the machine has the perfect working height.
