PREORDER

Add-on only

Preorder launch price applies while the current allocation lasts. This package does not include a keg or nitrogen cartridge/cylinder. It requires a compatible HealthyCool setup and a suitable local nitrogen source.

Nitro service requires the regulator, correct pressure/gas setup and the restrictor/cream spout together with an appropriate beverage.

HealthyCool add-on

Convert a suitable HealthyCool setup for Nitro-style service

The HealthyCool Nitro Add-On combines a nitro regulator with a long nitro spout using a cream/restrictor plate. It is intended for compatible HealthyCool configurations where the beverage, gas, pressure and serving setup are appropriate for Nitro-style presentation.

Nitro cold brew

Use an appropriate cold brew recipe with the correct gas and pressure setup for a dense Nitro-style pour.

Cold coffee

Suitable coffee and non-dairy cold coffee recipes can be developed around the restrictor-style service.

Coffee cocktails

Batch coffee cocktails can be tested and tuned for the intended texture and flow.

Selected mocktails

Appropriate recipes can use Nitro-style service when formulation and gas behaviour are suitable.

Important setup rule

Nitrogen alone does not create the result

Nitro-style service depends on the complete combination: suitable beverage formulation, appropriate nitrogen source, correct regulator and pressure, and the restrictor/cream spout. The gas itself is not a substitute for the proper dispensing setup.

Add-on, not a keg package

The package contains the nitro regulator and long restrictor/cream spout. A HealthyCool keg is not included.

Gas sourced locally

Nitrogen cartridge or cylinder is not included. Use a suitable local source and configure pressure according to the beverage and dispensing setup.
