How to make clear ice sticks

Fill the mold with warm water.
Place the complete mold in the freezer for approximately 24–30 hours.
Remove it and let it rest at room temperature for around 30 minutes.
Lift the silicone mold and carefully separate the sections.
Remove the ice sticks and trim uneven edges with a sharp knife if needed.
Use immediately or transfer to a freezer-safe container to build stock.
