From product browsing to successful checkout
The shopping path is usually simple: browse the catalogue, open the product, choose options if needed, add it to the cart, review the cart and complete the order through checkout.
Most issues do not come from the product itself, but from incomplete checkout information, especially when billing and shipping addresses are different or when ordering as a company.
How to move through products more easily
You can browse the catalogue through categories and subcategories, depending on whether you already know what type of product you need or you are still exploring.
On listing pages, the toolbar helps you change sorting and display logic so you can review products more comfortably within the category.

If you already know the type of solution you want, categories are the fastest way to narrow your search.
Adjust the listing view
The toolbar makes catalogue browsing easier by improving how the listing is displayed and sorted.
Open the product for full details
The listing is useful for overview, but the actual description, technical details, FAQ, ratings and tabs are on the product page itself.

Once you open a product, check the main description, technical details and available options. Some products require you to select the exact version, size, colour, model or other configuration before you can add them to the cart properly.

Billing and shipping address
If the billing and shipping address are the same, you do not need to fill in both separately. Leave the checkbox enabled so the system treats them as identical.
Required in billing details too
If shipping and billing are different, do not enter the phone number only in the shipping address. The mobile number is also required in the billing address, which is one of the most common reasons for checkout issues.
Choose the delivery option that fits
After the address step, select the available shipping method and check all details again before continuing to payment.
