Turn the juice station into part of the guest experience
Orange and Green Apple are the obvious starting point. Add a third flavour such as Grapefruit, Pineapple or Cranberry and JDM ID 3 becomes a compact premium breakfast station with a much stronger story than anonymous bulk juice.
Pair the machine with HealthyBar 70% real-fruit concentrates and communicate what is actually being served: real fruit, real sugar and no artificial ingredients.
Machine + water + concentrates + setup
For hotel and hospitality projects, LifeEnergy can define the complete station around expected breakfast volume, available counter space, incoming water conditions and desired flavour mix.
The project can include water filtration, dispenser commissioning, line calibration, HealthyBar concentrate supply, staff guidance and scheduled service planning.
ASCO Fructomat JDM – Hotel Juice Dispenser
Choose your model
ASCO Fructomat JDM ID STILL
A compact professional juice station that turns concentrate and fresh drinking water into a consistent chilled drink at the touch of a button. JDM ID keeps the concentrates inside the machine, chills only the water needed for dispensing and gives hotels, buffets and self-service concepts a cleaner, more controlled alternative to open juice bowls and manually mixed drinks.
Why it works so well for breakfast service
From concentrate to finished juice — automatically
JDM ID is a professional post-mix system. The concentrate remains protected inside its Bag-in-Box package while fresh drinking water is supplied directly to the machine. When a drink is selected, the machine electronically doses both components and mixes them only at the point of dispense.
The operator gains a simpler workflow: the finished juice is prepared on demand instead of waiting pre-mixed in an open container. Product strength can be calibrated to the concentrate specification, portions remain repeatable and staff do not have to measure or mix juice during the breakfast rush.
Pair JDM ID with HealthyBar 70% real-fruit concentrates
This combination turns JDM ID from a generic juice machine into a complete breakfast concept. HealthyBar concentrates are made with 70% real fruit, real sugar and no artificial ingredients, while the post-mix format keeps storage compact and preparation simple.
HealthyBar concentrates are set up at 1:6 — one part concentrate plus six parts water. LifeEnergy can commission and calibrate each line to the actual machine flow so the drink served from the dispenser matches the intended recipe instead of relying on guesswork.
Build the station around classic breakfast flavours such as Orange and Green Apple, or add Grapefruit, Pineapple, Cranberry, Sour Cherry, Pomegranate and other HealthyBar flavours for a more distinctive guest offer.
Two flavours + chilled water
The narrow 260 mm body is ideal where buffet width is limited. Two internal concentrate positions make it a natural choice for a focused breakfast offer such as Orange + Green Apple, while chilled still water is available from the same station.
Three flavours + chilled water
The 400 mm version expands the same workflow to three flavours. It is particularly attractive for larger breakfast rooms, resorts and buffet concepts where guests expect more choice while the operator still wants one compact and controlled system.
Designed around hotel workflow, not only the drink
Fast BiB refill
Replace the Bag-in-Box, connect the product line and use the Clean/Fill function to fill and de-aerate the line. The concentrate stays enclosed throughout normal operation.
Stable recipe
The system supports concentrate ratios from 1+4 to 1+49. Water and concentrate delivery are electronically controlled and calibrated to the actual product and flow conditions.
Serviceable design
Concentrate pumps and the internal technical area are accessible from the front, supporting routine professional service and easier maintenance.
Dry cooling without a tank of mixed juice
JDM ID uses integrated dry cooling and prepares the drink only when it is selected. The STILL versions are specified with up to 28 L/h cooling capacity, while the dry-cooling technical data also states continuous capacity of 18 L/h at a 10 °C temperature difference.
This is especially practical at breakfast: concentrate stays compact in BiB packaging, water is chilled by the machine and the final drink is mixed only when a guest asks for it.
Built-in hygiene workflow
JDM ID includes Clean/Fill and sanitation functions for product-line handling. The concentrate circuit, pumps, SIV/MidMix area and outlet must be cleaned according to the operating schedule, with complete rinsing before returning the machine to service.
LifeEnergy can provide commissioning guidance and operating procedures for HealthyBar installations.
Why post-mix makes sense in a hotel
Ideal for breakfast and self-service projects
Hotels & resorts
Breakfast rooms, executive lounges and guest beverage stations that need predictable output and a cleaner presentation.
Buffets & canteens
Self-service concepts where fast portioning and easy staff handling matter throughout a busy service window.
HealthyBar corners
Wellness, office and hospitality environments that want a fruit-led beverage offer with a stronger ingredient story.
Professional installation matters
JDM ID requires a suitable 230 V electrical supply and a potable-water connection. Water operating pressure must be 1.5–6 bar with at least 3 L/min available flow. The machine requires free ventilation with at least 100 mm clearance at the rear. Water filtration is recommended where incoming water quality requires it.
LifeEnergy can prepare the project as a complete system: dispenser selection, water-treatment recommendation, HealthyBar flavour programme, initial recipe calibration, commissioning support, staff guidance and service planning.
