The foundationsof SAM Teknik Mutfak Ekipmanları Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Sti. were laid in 1982 by Mehmet Ali Kaksi.

Activities started by offering after-sales services to the elite brands of the cold beverage equipments sector. In 2010 with the accumulated knowledge and experience of 28 years, SAM Teknik has become a professional manufacturer of cold beverage equipments.
